Ordering & Custom Prints
 

What file formats do you accept for custom orders? We currently accept .STL and .OBJ files. These are the industry standards for 3D printing and ensure the highest compatibility with our slicing software.
 

How do I get a quote for a custom model? Simply send us your file via our [Upload Page/Email]. We assess the volume of resin required, the complexity of the supports needed, and the scale of the model to provide you with an accurate quote. Note resizing a file from 28mm to 75mm isn't just a click of a button—it often requires re-supporting the model to handle the extra weight of the resin thus this may impact the final quote.
 

Do you offer 3D modeling services? Currently, we focus on high-quality printing. We can print files you provide or you can choose from our exclusive collection of pre-made D&D miniatures.

Copyright & Intellectual Property
 

Can I send models generated by AI (like Meshy AI)? Absolutely! We welcome files generated through Meshy AI and other AI-assisted modeling tools. However, please ensure that:

• File Integrity: You have exported the model as a high-quality .STL or .OBJ.

• Printability: AI-generated models can sometimes have "thin walls" or "floating parts." We will do a quick check, but we recommend using a "repair" function (like those found in Meshy or Meshmixer) before sending to ensure the best results.

• Ownership: Ensure you have the rights to the prompt results or the specific subscription level required by the AI platform for commercial or third-party printing.
   

What is your policy on copyrighted material? We take Intellectual Property rights very seriously. We cannot print models that infringe on existing copyrights or trademarks.

• Prohibited Examples: We will not print characters or designs owned by major corporations like Disney (Marvel, Star Wars), Nintendo, or Games Workshop, even if they were generated or "remixed" through an AI tool.

• Verification: If we suspect a file is a direct copy of a protected IP, we reserve the right to decline the print.
   

Materials & Quality
 

What kind of printer and resin do you use? We use the Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra, a state-of-the-art MSLA printer known for its incredible precision. To match that hardware, we use high-definition 8K resin, which captures microscopic details that standard resins might miss.
 

What colors are available? We currently offer three professional-grade colors:

• Ceramic Grey: The industry standard for miniatures; perfect for highlighting details before painting.

• Beige: Great for flesh tones or a classic "bone" look.

• White: A clean, crisp base that makes bright paint colors pop.
   

Are the miniatures "tabletop ready"? Yes! All prints undergo a professional post-processing routine: they are thoroughly cleaned in 99% Isopropyl Alcohol and fully cured using UV light. We also carefully remove supports, though some minor light sanding may occasionally be required by the user for a perfect finish.

Can I paint my miniatures? Absolutely! In fact, our 8K resin is designed specifically with painters in mind. We recommend applying a resin-compatible primer first to ensure your paint adheres perfectly to the resin surface.
 

Shipping & Turnaround
 

How long will it take to receive my order? Our standard turnaround time is 5–8 business days plus shipping. This allows us to ensure every print is inspected for quality and fully cured before it hits the mail. Note large orders may take longer to fulfill. 

Care & Handling
 

How are the miniatures packaged? Resin can be delicate. We wrap our models in protective cushioning to ensure they arrive at your door in one piece, whether it's a tiny goblin or a massive dragon.

 

 

What should I do if a piece breaks? While 8K resin is high-quality, it can be brittle if dropped on hard surfaces. If a piece snaps, a tiny drop of Cyanoacrylate (Super Glue) will create a bond stronger than the resin itself. However we do understand that accidents happen in the shipping process if your model arrives broken beyond the repair of superglue email us pictures of the model within 48 hours 0f receiving and we will ship out a replacement.
