Finish: Models ship unpainted in a neutral grey resin, ready for your primer and paints.

⚒️️ Post-Processing Each miniature is carefully treated before it leaves our workshop:

Cleaned thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and fully UV cured.

Supports are carefully removed and connection points cleaned up.

Inspected strictly for quality assurance.

Note: Minor preparation (such as light sanding or filling) may be required before painting, as is standard with high-detail resin prints.

We pack your adventurers like they're heading into battle, but sometimes the road is rougher than expected. Here's what happens if your order arrives damaged.

Our resin is tough, but tiny parts (swords, staves, thin bits) can snap in transit. Two scenarios:

• Minor break? A drop of superglue usually fixes it clean — no integrity lost, your mini's good as new.

• Major damage? We'll ship you a free replacement, no questions asked.

How to Claim a Replacement

Hit us up within 48 hours of delivery.

Email support@thejunipermint.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage + packaging.

We verify and reship — replacement's on us.

Everything we print is made-to-order for you. We don't do returns or exchanges for "change of mind," so double-check your selection before you checkout.
